Desert Palm has launched its Vintage Brunch, a culinary journey of European cuisine combined with Asian influences taking place each Friday at the award-winning Rare restaurant and terrace. A unique culinary journey, the event boasts a range of live cooking stations carefully selected to highlight the best of what a brunch should be with specific wine pairings to heighten the experience.
The brunch features a selection of six different wine pairings featured each week as well as dishes such as pan-seared foie gras with apple compote paired with an Alsace Riesling or 120 day beef tenderloin paired with a single vineyard Australian shiraz. Rich and entirely gourmet, we’re excited to indulge!
The Vintage Friday Brunch will take place between 12.30pm and 4pm every Friday at Rare restaurant and terrace with views across the lush polo fields and the impressive city skyline beyond.Priced at 395 AED per person, the brunch includes half a bottle of Taittinger champagne per person, unlimited cocktails from the brunch menu, carefully selected wine pairings and house beverages.
