On November 29, Slow Food Miami will host the annual Ark of Taste Benefit Dinner at the historic Kampong of the National Tropical Botanical Garden. With bespoke cocktails by Grey Goose Vodka and a menu prepared by Chefs Michael Schwartz and Bradley Herron, the fundraiser will benefit both the Slow Food Miami Edible School Garden Program and the Kampong of the National Tropical Botanical Garden.

Taking place overlooking the lush grounds at the Kampong historic home and garden, the event will include a specially prepared menu celebrating the endangered and divine native ingredients of South Florida: the Sea Grape and Royal Red Shrimp, according to the press release.

Grey Goose Vodka cocktails will accompany hors d’ouevres, which will be followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by Miami’s Farm-to-Table pioneer Chef Michael Schwartz of Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink and his Chef de Cuisine Bradley Herron.
