2 El Toro Blanco

With irresistible guacamole made fresh to order and a 10-seat bar featuring a wide array of tequilas, this new Mexican restaurant is undoubtedly bringing NYC heat to the onset of winter months. The chic, retro space is being run by none other than notable owner John McDonald of Lure Fish Bar.

3 Il Mulino Uptown

With an iconic downtown spot already in place, we can't help but love Il Mulino's new Upper East Side location just as much as the original. 5 Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto

Since the opening of their West Side location years ago, Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto has always been a classic on our uptown favorites list, so we couldn't be more thrilled about their new East Side spot.
