Curvaceous Coco, the star of the reality TV show Ice Loves Coco and the new star of the Las Vegas revue Peepshow at Planet Hollywood Resort, partied at Surrender Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas on Wednesday night drinking Grey Goose cocktails with five friends.
