1 Pumpkin Spice Mojito at STREET

As can be expected, Susan Feniger has her own take on the typical pumpkin pie -- and her version contains alcohol! The master chef serves up a mouth-watering Pumpkin Spice Mojito made of fresh pumpkin puree, cinnamon simple syrup, fresh mint and Meyer’s dark rum at her haute restaurant, Street. No, it's not like the kind your mom's better.

2 Hot Buttered Rum at Jar

Whether or not the weather outside is frightful (and we're opting for the latter because come on, this IS Los Angeles) you should definitely indulge in the Hot Buttered Rum at Jar. Head bartender Margo Tyler whips up a mouth-watering mixture of Ron Barcello Rum 10 year, water, butter, cloves, vanilla and Jar's secret Caramel Sauce, all topped off with whipped cream. Even better, you can still indulge in dessert afterwards.

3 White Mayan at The Peninsula

Though the Mayan calendar officially ends on December 21 of this year, The Peninsula would prefer to celebrate its demise as a new beginning. LA's hautest hotel offers up their indulgent, amazing White Mayan this holiday season, blending our two favorite ingredients: chocolate and tequila. The cocktail contains Cocoa Tequila, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso and Double (Whipping) Cream. After three or four you may even have enough energy to get you through to 2013.

4 Point Seven at Tavern and Lucques

There's good news, and there's great news. The good news is that Christiaan Rollich has created the Point Seven, a seasonal blend of bourbon, pumpkin puree ( roasted butternut squash, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, brown sugar), lemon and punt a mes. The better news? It's available at both Tavern AND Lucques, as Rollich is the beverage manager of both. Happy holidays indeed!

5 Fig & Walnut Julep at Fig & Olive Melrose Place

Instead of chestnuts roasting on an open fire, grab a glass of Fig & Olive's Fig & Walnut to while away the winter days. This tasty take on the Mint Julep contains Four Roses Bourbon, St. Germain Elderflower Liquor, Taylor Tawney Port, Simple Syrup, mint, walnut and 2 black figs for good measure. It's magically delicious.
