Haute Event: Time Warner Cable Sports Launches Two Major Networks With the Help of David Beckham, Kobe Bryant & Magic Johnson

Some of the biggest names in athletics stepped out on Monday night to attend Time Warner Cable Sports event that celebrated the launch of its Sportsnet and Deportes Networks.

David Beckham, Kobe Bryant, Landon Donovan, Magic Johnson, Pau Gasol, Dwight Howard and Steve Nash were among the big name athletes that turned up at the Time Warner Sports Studios in El Segundo.

The networks will be the new exclusive local homes of the Los Angeles Lakers, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Sparks, as well as cover Mountain West football and basketball, in addition to soccer and boxing programming on Time Warner Cable Deportes.

Other guests who turned up to meet and greet the athletic greats included: David Arquette, Chord Overstreet, David Alan Grier, Derek Hough, Garcelle Beauvais, Jesse Williams, Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett, Maksim Chmekovskiy, Mark Salling, Will Claye, Metta World Peace and Kimora Lee Simmons.
