Haute Event: American Ballet Theater’s Fall Gala Draws Mary Louise Parker, Solange Knowles

The American Ballet Theater’s Fall Gala on Monday at The Pierre paid tribute to dancer and choreographer Agnes de Mille’s 70-year old ballet, Rodeo. Founded in 1937, ABT performs for eight weeks each fall at the Metropolitan Opera House and tours the rest of the year. The company also performs Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker each holiday season.

Stars at the uptown gala included Mary Louise Parker, Solange Knowles and Nigel and Cristen Barker.
