The conference included a luncheon that presented the WFC’s category-inspired cuisine. Tastes included: beef brisket, pulled pork, barbeque ribs, grilled vegetables, baked beans and cupcakes. Barbeque dishes were provided by Napoleon Bacerra at Poppa Naps Barbeque, and the cupcakes were catered from Sin City Cupcakes.
