Vanity Fair editor and restaurateur Graydon Carter is hitting some snags as he prepares to open Beatrice Inn in the Village. Word in restaurant and nightlife circles is that D.J. and nocturnal gadabout Paul Sevigny is not happy that Carter is keeping the name of the rowdy, celeb-infested nightspot Sevigny operated at the West 12th Street address.
