The bar and dining room are chic yet relaxed, with warm earth tones and beautiful light fixtures extending around the bar area. Outside, James Beard award-winning design firm AvroKo created an outdoor living room that provides guests with a retreat from downtown’s hustle and bustle.

Edge’s signature Corvina entrée is crusted with Basil and a Piquillo Pepper emulsion and served with a Greek Salad. The Corvina is locally caught and the Basil and Piquillo Peppers are grown in Chef Aaron Brook’s very own vegetable and herb garden, located at the hotel.
