A home designed by renowned architect Richard Dorman has been listed for $16 million in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles.

Currently owned by Robert Maguire, founder of Maguire Properties, the home features three parcels encompassing 116,047 square feet of land, unobstructed city to ocean views, a long private driveway leading to the main home, a clay tennis court, a vineyard, putting green and infinity pool.

According to the listing, the main 4,009-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Built in 1961, the home is listed for $16 million.

According to Forbes, Maguire has an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion and owns 10 million square feet of commercial property and developable land around Los Angeles and Dallas. He is ranked #355 on Forbes’ list of the 400 Richest Americans.

The listed property is located at 911 Tione Road, Los Angeles, California.
