Singer Marc Anthony celebrated his 44th birthday at Tao at the Venetian on Saturday night. The singer dined at Tao Asian Bistro with a large group of friends including his girlfriend Shannon De Lima as well as friend Jada Pinkett Smith. After dining on signature dishes and birthday cake, Anthony and the group made their way up to the nightclub, taking over a VIP table on the dance floor.

Once in the club the birthday party went to a new level, with famed boxing announcer Michael Buffer getting on the mic to give the Latin crooner a birthday shout out as Tao’s bottle fairy descended down the zip line waving a Puerto Rican flag and yet another birthday cake was delivered. Then in true Vegas style, a Frank Sinatra impersonator flanked by showgirls serenaded the star with a rendition of “Luck Be a Lady.”

Stopping by to wish Anthony a happy birthday was Mario Lopez, who was continuing his bachelor party in a sky box overlooking Tao’s main room. After dining at Lavo at the Palazzo, Lopez and friends, including dating expert and author Steve Santagati, smoked cigars and toasted the night before Lopez was surprised with a cake. Servers dressed in boxing attire presented the cake from Gimme Some Sugar inscribed with “Congratulations, She’s a Knockout,” in reference to his fiancé Courtney Mazza.

To top off the night at Tao, Maxim revealed their 2013 Hometown Hotties. Rose Buster, Justine Davis, Dessie Mitcheson, Bobbie Grei, Brittney Alger, Ashley Michaelsen, Jacquline Fischer, MaryCarmen Lopez, Persephanie Lesperance and Caitlin O’Connor celebrated their honor at a VIP table in the club and sipped Jose Cuervo specialty cocktails. Maxim Magazine’s October cover model Sarah Shahi of the USA Network’s “Fairly Legal” was on hand to congratulate the winners.

Also spotted in the club were Adam Scott of “Parks and Recreation,” and in a separate group Briana Evigan of “Step Up 2.”
