U.S. Olympic gold medalist Hope Solo had plenty to celebrate on Friday night at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas. Not only was she celebrating a gold medal with fellow U.S. teammate Sydney Leroux, but also the success as a first-time author of, “Solo: A Memoir of Hope.”

Solo arrived on the red carpet arm-in-arm with Leroux, both dressed in BCBG Max Azria mini-cocktail dresses. Solo signed autographs for devoted soccer fans waiting nearby before heading to the nightclub’s rooftop under the Eiffel Tower where the festivities began. There, Solo was joined by former teammate Tina Ellertson, her boyfriend and some other friends.

The group started the night by toasting with Dom Pérignon Rosé followed by sipping on Grey Goose cocktails. Many onlookers were pushing to get a glimpse of the superstar goalie before Solo and Leroux made their way up to the DJ booth where they surprised guests by throwing mini soccer balls into the crowd. The DJ yelled, “Give it up for USA gold medalist Olympian, Hope Solo!” as she used her athletic ability to launch them as far as she could across the dance floor and throughout the outdoor nightclub.

The ladies made their way back to the table where Solo generously signed some branded Chateau Nightclub & Gardens soccer balls before they went to the dance floor and closed out the evening dancing until the sun rose over the Las Vegas Strip.
