Angelica Huston Sells $12 Million to Venice Social Club Holdings

Actress Angelica Huston has sold her Windward Avenue home for $12 million to Venice Social Club Holdings, who will reportedly transform the property into a community gathering space honoring Venice’s unique legacy.

The residence, which was built in 1994 by Huston’s late husband, sculptor Robert Graham and his son, was first listed in May 2012 for $18 million and again more recently for $13.9 million.

According to reports, the home, which is commonly known as The Fortress, will be used as a community gathering space honoring Venice’s unique legacy with gourmet bathing, a farm-to-table restaurant, gallery, screening room, cultural programing and gourmet bathing activities such as seltzer-water tastings. Member will have to pay $2,000 to join, but the membership will give them access to all of the amenities offered.
