It’s hard to pick a best dish, but some favorites include the restaurant’s pizzas, in varieties such as Bianco Verde with Fava Leaves, Shaved Asparagus, Ricotta and Agrumato. Executive chef-partner Thomas McNaughton’s handmade pastas have also won much acclaim. Made fresh everyday, the selection includes Campanelle with Tesa, Asparagus, Cured Egg and Bread Crumbs. Another favorite is Savory Tagliarini with Braised Quail, Pork Belly and Snap Peas.
