Michael Mina is the restaurant mogul revered for his collection of outstanding restaurants. This past weekend, he joined the Outside Lands festivities with his own pop-up restaurants from RN74, Michael Mina and Bourbon Steak, aptly named, “Michael Mina Pop Ups.”
The self-titled booth, stationed in the new lamb-focused “Outside Lambs” portion of the festival, was Mina’s playful take on gourmet.
The collection of pop-ups set the new standard for festival gourmet, serving everything from Moroccan lamb stew to lamb poutine. All food was made with local, sustainable, all-natural lamb from Superior Farms in Dixon, CA.
