Daniel Boulud's db Bistro Moderne To Host Dinner For French Chef Cyril Lignac

Cyril Lignac, a chef from the south of France credited with demystifying and democratizing French cooking for the masses on his TV show “Oui Chef!”, will cook for Daniel Boulud at db Bistro Moderne on September 11. Lignac recently received his first Michelin star for his work at Le Quinzième in Paris. The four-course meal (sea bass carpaccio, lobster gnocchi, milk-fed veal and a crisp lemon meringue), with wine pairing is open to the public for the price of $125 before tax and tip.
