The Breakers Palm Beach brings a new drinking and dining experience to Palm Beach with the help of designer Adam Tiffany. The newly designed space offers a glamorous, yet unique experience that captures the classic Palm Beach cocktail culture.

This fall, the unique bar concept will be open with handcrafted cocktails, small plated cuisines and an extensive list of delicious food, along with a delightful wine list to choose from.

The hotel is pleased to introduce the new bar concept as an addition to its nine distinct restaurant concept that has draw a sufficient amount of hotel guests to stay at the hotel, along with locals drawing in for the excitement of the culinary experience.

Each restaurant has its own uniqueness, with a one-of-a-kind setting and several levels of style, making all guests experience on the property wonderful.

“Our goal is for each dining experience to be recognized in its own right with the appeal of a freestanding restaurant,” Nick Velardo, food and beverage director at the Five Diamond Resort explained.

“As a destination independent of chain affiliation and unhampered by template concepts, we are passionate about delivering a variety of high quality dining experiences,” Velardo continued.

The Breakers Palm Beach provides guests with a relaxing feeling of the French Riviera with premium beachfront amenities that includes dining and boating charters, day rental bungalows while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by sub-tropical landscaping, along with many dining options. Guests can enjoy informal dining while basking in the views of the Atlantic Ocean at the Beach Club Restaurant. Also, the Ocean Grill offers a more casual, laid back atmosphere where guests enjoy refreshments and lunch in a seaside cottage that overlooks the Ocean Golf Course, pool and beach. The Tiki Bar is another great touch to the island where guests come to enjoy frozen drinks and cocktails while relaxing on the beach. For more info, visit
