Tashir Invests $100 Million in Moscow City Multi-purpose Complex

Just on this past Tuesday, Vice President Igor Bulatov confirmed that Tashir, a Russian real estate designer and builder has invested $100 million in Moscow City’s newest skyscraper in the business center, the City Point multi-purpose complex that is scheduled to open in September 2012.

“The official opening will be in September. We expect to return the $100 million investment in the project in seven to ten years,” Bulatov told RIA Novosti.

The multi-purpose complex will feature various shops, 400 beds, restaurants, cafes and a business center, all in a 76,000-square meter area skyscraper.

In 2009, Tashir came aboard to help build the skyscraper in the Moscow City business center. As for the Moscow City international business center, it includes the Bagration trade, Afimall City Shopping and entertainment center, pedestrian bridge, several multi-purpose complexes and an underground station.
