Over the past 20 years Babini has worked in luxury hotels around the world including a post as General Manager of Azurea Hotel in Manila, Philippines and Director of Operations of Dal Toro and Lamborghini Italian Restaurant at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also worked in Switzerland, Venezuela, Australia, China, and Canada. He has degrees in Hotel Management, Bartending, Chef de Cuisine, and certification as a professional sommelier. Babini speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
