After all, the model has her likeness on billboards and in print ads all over the valley, and she’s the spokesmodel of Xyience, the Las Vegas-based maker of Xenergy, the official energy drink of the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Her love affair with the world of MMA fighting as a UFC Octagon Girl in 2002, and even found her husband, MMA fighter John Wood, through her work at Xyience. But don’t think of her as just a pretty face in the world of mixed martial arts. Her career started at age 5 when she made her television debut on the Disney Channel. Since 2000, she’s worked as a professional model, appearing on the runway and in print and television advertising. Miller has been a guest host on “Extra” and has appeared in “CSI,” “Malcolm in the Middle,” “Dr. Vegas,” “American Casino” and “The Ultimate Fighter.” Her film roles include appearances in “Vegas Baby,” “3000 Miles to Graceland,” “Rush Hour 2” and “Ocean’s Eleven” with speaking roles in independent films such as “Pasty Faces” and “Second Time Around.” Look for her in print publications such as the cover of DXL, Muscle and Fitness, GQ, Player and Maxim as well as inside FIGHT Magazine, the premier magazine dedicated to mixed martial arts. And all of this work in fashion has driven Miller to launch her own swimwear collection. She’s even donated her time to raising awareness for breast cancer through charity auction shows. She went to Afghanistan in 2007, and in 2008, she joined three MMA fighters to travel to Iraq. Both trips included rigorous schedules, visiting soldiers at up to four U.S. bases per day and speaking with soldiers who have served multiple tours of duty. “For me, it’s a reminder that America’s sons and daughters are out there fighting for what they believe in.”
