Turks and Caicos Kicks Off the Beach House Movement

The Beach House Movement is set to launch October 2012 in Turks and Caicos with the first authentic boutique hotel in Grace Bay. Situated on the powdery white sand beaches and overlooking the sparkling azure water, Beach House will introduce a new kind of vacation with a direct focus on “barefoot elegance.”

The property has a “No Socks Allowed” rule, and rooms are named instead of numbered, infusing the property with an exclusive but laidback vibe. Surrounded by the world’s third largest coral reef, the waters are exceptionally calm and match the relaxed essence that the boutique hotel is inspired by.

Previously known as The Turks and Caicos Club, full renovations transformed the plantation-style structure into a playful but relaxed atmosphere. Each spacious suite is decorated in white and pale blue hues and includes a “pampering pod” on the beach. Whether you want to relax in a private retreat or enjoy beachfront dining, these pods give guests the novelty feeling of being in the comfort of their own homes.

Also under renovation are the poolside restaurant and the in-suite dining program, which have been upgraded with the addition of Chef Eric Vernice. Known for his culinary creativity and impressive credentials, Chef Eric brings his own style with a French twist. The in-suite dining program allows guests to taste his creations with surprise tapas primers and wine tastings in the privacy of their suite patios.

Other amenities that add to the super luxe Beach House movement are a lavish spa and fitness center. Lovebirds dreaming of an exotic wedding can book the destination for their nuptials, and the property is even available for corporate group buyouts and intimate retreats. Beach House is also in the process of creating a customized scent developed by Arcania Apothecary that will be the backbone of an exclusive line of signature bath and spa products.

Beach House caters to the tastes of the most discerning travelers, and it’s revolutionizing the concept of a vacation. Read more about Beach House here.
