The St. Regis Aspen Resort is offering diners a new experience with the launch of Chef’s Club by Food & Wine.
The menu will be curated by a selection of the best new chefs in America from Food & Wine and they’ll also appear during the year at the restaurant to highlight this innovative concept. Four chefs from around the country will be part of the inaugural class.
New chefs will rotate into the restaurant twice a year to offer the finest in seasonal Aspen dining.
Artwork in the restaurant will also be rotated to feature the work of local artists.
The St. Regis Aspen Resort draws its inspiration from 19th century mountain living with a luxurious touch. The resort recently underwent a multimillion dollar renovation to update its look and create a new feel for guests.
New artwork and lighting concepts are designed to allow guests a better opportunity to experience the beautiful Aspen environment.
