Italian twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro of Northern Italian dining destination Quattro Gastronomia Italiana in South Beach and Mexico City are known for featuring some of the most coveted delicacies from across the globe (including the white truffle) and now the duo have rolled out a lavish Caviar Tasting Menu.
“The Aggroittica Lombarda caviar we use is the world leader in farm raised caviar and is the freshest most flavorful we’ve found,” states Chef Nicola Carro. The caviar tasting menus will be priced at $140 per person and will be available for a limited time in addition to the regular menus.
The Caviar Tasting Menu will include: Caviar de Venise 10 gr, Bruschetta di carasau con ricotta di bufala campana e cipolla di tropea cotta and patate all salvia con burro di Parma for their entratas and Caviar White Sturgeon 10 gr, Zuppa di gamberi rosa e uova di quaglia and Piovra alla griglia for their antipastis and lastly, Caviar Osetra 10 gr, Carnaroli all’astice e burrata and Tartare di branzino marinato for their main courses.
Diners will able to accompany these sumptuous dishes with Antica Fratta Franciacorta Brut D.O.C.G Brut or Essence Rose Vintage if they so choose, which is available by the glass or bottle. Quattro Gastronomia Italiana is located at 1014 Lincoln Road on South Beach.
