Luxury dining destination Norma’s in Le Parker Meridien hotel is serving up $1000 omelets called the “Zillion Dollar Frittada.”
The dish consists of a Spanish, 6-egg omelet, an entire lobster, a 10 ounce exclusive sefruga caviar, cream and chives.
A fun fact: the New York restaurant owns a bell that will be rung each time a customer orders the 3,000-calorie dish.
