LAX Nightclub at the Luxor welcomed long time hip-hop icon Talib Kweli as he performed live at the club last night.
Arriving just after 1 a.m., the rapper and his entourage made their way through the packed nightclub and to their VIP booth.
Around 2 a.m. the rapper got on the mic as he began to hype the crowd up while resident DJ Gusto spun his favorite hip-hop beats. The successful rapper began to say, “I came here to party, dance and rock out,” he paused, and the energy of the club reached an all-time high as he continued, “So I want to see you all move tonight!” and Kweli took his place center stage.
Kicking off his performance, the far-from-norm lyricist showed off his original rhymes to well-known beats including Tyga’s hit “Rack City.” Performing his crowd favorites such as “I’m On One” and “Get By,” Kweli had his fans on their feet while he put on a non-stop performance. The famed artist gave his admires an unforgettable show as he had them singing and dancing along with him.
Closing out his performance the astonishing rapper addressed the club, “I love you, Vegas, I hope you all have a wonderful time!” the lights went dim and Kweli exited the stage. The crowd soared as the literary genius took his place at his VIP booth where he spent the rest of the evening dancing, drinking and partying with his fans.
