The Roof Garden restaurant at The Peninsula Beverly Hills is kicking of the holiday weekend with its popular Weekend Barbecue Menu, available from May 26 to September 2, Saturdays and Sundays between 5pm and 9pm.

Barbecued entrées for special menu include Free-Range Chicken Breast with Cilantro and Mint Chimichurri, 16-oz Bone-In Prime Dry-Aged Harvey Guss Rib Eye Steak, Giant Tiger Shrimp Char Siu, , Swordfish Fillet with Orange Chipotle, and Traditional Peninsula style “Ribs on the Roof.”
While you dine, you may also enjoy wines, beers and signature cocktails made for the summer nights that include the Speckled Jalapeño Margarita and the White Peach & Pear Martini.
