Chef Mohan Ismali (Chef Mohan for short) and his mother, Asiah, will hold a cooking class on Saturday, May 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with brunch to follow.
Guests will learn to cook traditional Southeast Asian breakfast dishes with Chef Mohan and his mother, such as Roti John, Kaya Toast, Congee, Mee Siam and Strawberry Lemon Punch.
