Embassy’s Kitchen 45 Launches New European Menu

Kitchen 45, Embassy Dubai’s swanky restaurant located at the top of Grosvenor House Dubai, Tower Two, has launched its new European menu, inspired by flavours of the Mediterranean and the French Provence.

The new menu offers refined European cuisine featuring a variety of delectable influences. Diners can begin their culinary escapade by enjoying a range of starters such as the tender braised oxtail cannelloni, the foie gras terrine with dried fruits & nuts and the mussels & lentils velouté. For vegetarians, opt for the burrata cheese, caramelised plum & artichoke salad or the  chilled pistou soup, one of the chef’s personal favourites. For new mains, indulge in dishes such as the pan fried wild turbot, with a chick pea puree, bresaola, artichoke barigoule, the confit smoked salmon fillet & steamed oysters with lemongrass, the roasted corn fed chicken with grilled lemon condiment or the beef wellington to which Chef Maxime has now added a new Provençal twist.

Designed to indulge the refined diner, Kitchen 45’s assortment of desserts includes an array of classic puddings, as well as a few signature creations. From the orange and date millefeuille, the chocolate extravaganza and the pear and chestnut tarte, choose from unique selection of sweet concoctions to wrap up your meal.

Don’t forget the à la carte menu where you can indulge at Embassy Dubai’s sophisticated Crudo Bar (Crudo originating from the word ‘raw’ in Italian) which serves an artfully sliced and garnished array of  raw, marinated and smoked seafood including tuna, lobster, salmon and crab. Guests can also enjoy fresh oysters and an exquisite selection of caviar from the Caspian Sea, served with traditional blinis and condiments. The Crudo Bar is located in Lounge 44 on the 44th floor.

Kitchen 45 is open from 7:30pm until 12.00am and 1:00am  on weekends; Lounge 44 is open from 6pm until 2am and 3am on weekends.
