Once again, the weather will to be beautiful this coming weekend! Foodies, wine enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to a sublime sojourn out of the city, then this one is for you.
April 28 marks the first installment of Copain Wine’s ‘Supper Club’ series, a collection of highly personal, wine-inspired culinary experiences, where the winery will open its kitchen for the first time to award-winning top chefs from around the country.
Held at the breathtaking Healdsburg winery, each event in the series be an intimate, one-of-a-kind dinner featuring the best local ingredients of the season.
The springtime dinner on April 28 will be prepared by celebrated Dallas chef, Sharon Hage, paired with Copain’s exquisite portfolio of food-friendly wines.
