Highly acclaimed Parisian chocolatier Christian Vautier has made his US debut in New York City, launching the Christian Vautier Le Concept store. This chocolate boutique seats twenty guests, has an underground chocolate factory, as well as offers monthly wine and chocolate pairing classes, coffee and chocolate classes taught by Teresa Von Fuchs and special offers like events and parties, available upon request.
Christian Vautier has had much success in the French and Japanese markets, and his US debut will mark an important milestone. Vautier and Christian Vautier Le Concept owner and chef Aditi Malhotra are dedicated to sharing the tradition and authenticity of French pastry arts. Top of the line equipment has been shipped from abroad and carefully picked out ingredients like Fleur de Sel, Matcha and Passion Fruit are used to create recipes you’ll experience no where else – like the Passion Fruit Ganache or Homemade Caramels infused with Fleur de Sel and Chocolate.
