The Leela Goa Relaunches After $20 Million Renovation

The Leela Goa in West India has recently finished its $20 million renovation and is now ready and eager to welcome guests for the upcoming spring/summer holiday season. This popular luxury beachside resort is spread across 75 acres of land and fresh water lagoons, and will now feature 206 new, refurbished rooms and two new restaurant additions. Leela Goa is part of The Leela Palaces and Resorts in India.

The new Lagoon Suites are ideal for families – they can accommodate two adults and two children. Each room has a spacious bedroom and living room, as well as a private balcony overlooking the lagoon. Guests may also choose between a room with one or two marble bathrooms. The rooms are decorated with dark wood floors, Indian textiles and Dedon balcony furniture.

Leela Goa’s new all-day dining experience, The Restaurant, serves Asian and Western dishes and pays particular attention to Indian cuisine. It seats 108 guests outdoors and 134 guests indoors. There is also the addition of Jamavar, Leela’s signature fine dining Indian restaurant. Both restaurants are delectable additions to Leela Goa’s existing restaurants: Riverside, an Italian restaurant on the banks of the River Sal, Susegado, the beachfront grill, the Pool Bar and the Yali Lounge.
