The 11th Annual Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational is coming back to Las Vegas on March 29 to April 1. The beneficiary event raises more than $6 million every year for charity and has seen sports and entertainment legends participate.
Joining Michael Jordan will be many returning golfers from last year like Ken Griffey, Jr., Wayne Gretzky, Sugar Ray Leonard, Chris Chelios, Charles Barkley, Mario Lemieux, Mark Wahlberg, Samuel L. Jackson and Kurt Russel. NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers is only one of the many new participants in 2012.
Amongst the event beneficiaries this year will be the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The James R. Jordan Foundation, Cats Care, Opportunity Village and the Nevada Cancer Institute, as well as the participating celebrities’ charities of choice.
The event will be held at the ARIA Resort and Casino and Shadow Creek, and will be open to the public for the second time in its history. TO purchase tickets, go to www.arialasvegas.com or www.MJCIgolf.com, or visit any MGM Resorts International box office outlets.
