Guy Savoy has brought the popular design of ‘Bites and Bubbles’ from the Parisian sister restaurant to Singapore. The bar dining concept allows guests to sample two to four portions from a list of their signature items for a nominal price. Wine and champagne are also available by the bottle or glass to complete the experience.
Chef Savoy has received the Legion d’Honneur from the French Minister of Agriculture (2000) and the French President (2009), and was voted France’s Chef of the Year.
