The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will be introducing a “Vinossuer” wine club concept on March 7, designed for exclusive wine connoisseurs to share their passion and knowledge. The club will host special wine tasting sessions and related events every 1st Wednesday of each month throughout varying restaurants within the hotel.

As the world’s highest hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is no stranger to taking luxury to new heights. They now are planning the unveiling of their new wine club concept on March 7.

The first wine related event that the wine club will host will take place in the Tosca restaurant located in the hotel. The theme will be “North vs. South Italy” wines and specialties from both regions will be served. There will also be a 6-course degustation dinner created by Executive Chef Vittorio Lucariello. Sommelier and Associate F&B director Roberto Garrone will also be on hand to share secrets of vintage wines. “Vinosseur creates a great opportunity for wine aficionados to meet and socialize. We have partnered with a number of leading wine houses to showcase a wide variety of fine wines at each of our exciting events,” said Garrone.

To be a member of this new club, it will cost you $346 per year. Your membership will also grant you access to 10% discount on dinners and future Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong events.
