Madonna Lists $28 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Pop star Madonna has been making the rounds promoting her new album, MDNA, and she also quietly listed her Beverly Hills French Country-style mansion for $28 million as a pocket listing.

Madonna is traveling the country promoting her new album and also working on unloading some prime real estate. Her $28 million mansion in Beverly Hills is now listed as pocket listing – meaning a realtor has the contract to sell it, but it is not listed in the MLS.

The pop icon purchased the home in 2003 for $12 million when she was married to director Guy Richie. The home features 5,800 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a long, private driveway for extra security. It is reported that she may have completely redecorated the property while she lived there.

Neighbors include Simon Cowell, Max Mutchnick and Guilford Glazer.

Madonna has been spending more time in New York City, where she owns $32.5 million triple-wide townhouse on the Upper East Side.
