On Friday, March 23rd, Harry Morton’s Pink Taco on the Sunset Strip opened its doors for the first time to celebrate the birthday of JustJared!’s Jared Eng, giving Jared and his guests an exclusive preview of the new restaurant.
The star-studded birthday bash marked the unveiling of Morton’s second and largest Pink Taco location in Los Angeles, officially opening on April 1. Morton, along with Hollywood’s biggest stars including Fergie, Riley Keough with fiancé Alex Pettyfer, Jaime King, Rumer Willis, Krysten Ritter, Amber Heard, Kate Mara, Olivia Munn, Kellan Lutz with girlfriendSharni Vinson, Chord Overstreet, Mark Salling, Corey Monteith, Rose McGowan, Lance Bass, Leven Rambin, Natasha Bedingfield, Cameron Monaghan, Seth MacFarlane, Avril Lavigne, Jared Followill, Tom Felton, Jenna Dewan, Zelda Williams, Jamie Chung, joined Jared to celebrate his big 3-0.
Guests mingled in the three-level “Mexican Roadhouse” inspired restaurant, enjoyed DeLeón tequila cocktails, played ping pong on the hacienda courtyard and danced to music spun by DJ Chris Masterson.
Contemporary Mexican restaurant Pink Taco will officially open its second Los Angeles location at 8225 Sunset Boulevard, on April 1, 2012 in the heart of the Sunset Strip. The stylish eatery, formerly the legendary venue known as the 1940’s Players Club, is helmed by restaurateur Harry Morton of Harry Morton Holdings. The 12,000-square-foot, three-level restaurant, has been reincarnated into an 800-seat edgy and cavernous cantina.
