Haute Event: Jullian James Teams Up With Sway Lounge To Benefit Musicans On Call

On Tuesday, March 13th, recording artist Jullian James performed at SoHo’s Sway Lounge for a great cause. The evening benefitted Musicians on Call, an organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Jullian, who volunteers for the charity, sang a five-song set from his upcoming album, “From My Integrated Soul.”

The young crooner teamed up with Sway to raise money for the charity, encouraging guests to make a donation. “I wanted to use my voice as an artist to raise money and awareness for Musicians on Call because it is a cause I truly believe in and stand by,” Jullian said prior to his performance.

As guests mingled and enjoyed MEDEA cocktails, cameras from the Style Network lit up the room, capturing scenes for an up and coming reality television series following the lives of Adrienne Bailon and Julissa Bermudez. Bermudez watched Jullian perform at a private table with her boyfriend, pro-football player Larry Johnson.

Among those in attendance to support the cause were Barbara Ellsworth, Sway co-owners Robin Cofer and Dominick D’Alleva, MEDEA’s Matt Sandy and Tim Goldburt, Maggie Norris, Leesa Rowland, Salvatore Strazzullo, Kathleen Giordano and Nancy Silberkleit. Musicians on Call representative, Kat Maskeroni, who was also in attendance said she was “so grateful to Jullian James and Sway Lounge for their efforts to benefit the organization.”
