Event Recap: Lea and Roy Black Host Annual Gala Fundraiser at the Fontainebleau Hotel

One of Miami’s most prestigious charities founded by Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black, The Consequences Foundation, held its 18th annual fundraiser at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Saturday March 24th. Not only did Queen Latifa and Tony Bennett open the event with a dazzling performance, but the Gala was also attended by a collection of Miami’s hautest celebrities and socialites, including: Mario Lopez, Gabrielle Anwar, Sammy Sosa, Real Housewives of Miami’s Adriana De Moura and Alexia Echevarria, Dancing With The Stars’ Joanna Krupa, Emilio Estefan, Joe Francis, Lennox Lewis, Bernard Hopkins and Mayor Carlos Gimenez.

The Consequences Foundation, which has raised over $12 million for at-risk youth, held both live and silent auctions featuring everything from McLaren to Maserati luxury vehicles, in addition to sparkling jewels and a trip to next year’s Grammy Awards. The event was sponsored Haute Living Magazine, along with many other luxury labels such as Grey Goose Vodka, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, The Collection Coral Gables and David Yurman.
