Caffé B At Marina Bay Celebrates 1st Anniversary With Masquerade Ball

Caffé B at Marina Bay Sands took its guests to the cobbled streets of Tuscany for a night to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Italian Restaurant.

More than 180 guests, including, Ambassador at The Embassy of Japan in Singapore Mr Yoichi Suzuki, Italian Trade Commissioner Mr Massimilano Sponzilli, and personalities such as Teh Choy Wan and Alicia Pan donned vibrantly embellished masks in true Italian fashion and were treated to a menu by Executive Chef Aira.

The feast was washed down with l Pollenza wines, a premium wine collection exclusively imported by Caffé B and cocktails created by resident mixologist Michael Kumar. Entertainment for the night was provided by a four-piece jazz band from Japan and a roving musician who left groups of guests enthralled with his tricks performed up-close.
