Anderson Cooper Lists NYC Penthouse

CNN correspondent, host of AC360 and everyone’s favorite silver fox Anderson Cooper just listed his NYC penthouse on the market for $3.75 million, according to the New York Post. After meticulously refurbishing a historic firehouse in Greenwich Village, it comes as no surprise that Cooper is severing from his previous dwelling.

The duplex of interest boasts 3,100 square feet of living space, 1,700 square feet of terrace, two bedrooms, and two and a half baths. Curbed.com reports that the 12th floor apartment is finished with a custom lighting system, multi-room surround sound, oak and teak flooring, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, satin glass walls, and a floating staircase among the luxury amenities. The home is listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
