Menu selections include: Drakes Bay Oysters with Strawberry Mignonette and Rose Champagne Granite; Lobster Fettuccini with Pickled Ginger Butter, Poached Lobster and Mint Cilantro; Grilled Akaushi Filet Mignon with White Asparagus, Roasted Chanterelles, Lovage and Red Currant Reduction; Brie De Jouvence with violet flower honey tuille and Wild Fennel Pollen, and Chocolate Truffle with Bora Bora Vanilla Anglaise, Strawberry Beignet and Strawberry Verbena Ice Cream.

Menu selections include: Blood Orange and Medjool Date Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Toasted Almonds, Seared Sea Scallops with Saffron Fregola and Fava Beans, and Fritto Misto of local oysters and winter vegetables. Cost is $55 per person. Optional wine pairing is $25 per person.

TRACE is offering a three-course menu for Valentine’s Day, with selections including: Potato Wrapped Pacific Oysters, Fregola Risotto – poached lobster, truffle, baby fennel; and Roasted Wagyu NY. Cost is $75 prix-fixe, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $59.

Fifth Floor Restaurant is serving a delectable Valentine's Menu from Tuesday, February 7, through Saturday, February 18. The restaurant will be offering a special 7-course tasting menu available for $95 the entire week.
On Valentine's Day, enjoy two additional courses in the 9-course tasting menu, priced at $130.
