1 The Peninsula's 22nd Floor

If you’re have a haute Valentine then this offering from the Peninsula may be just the ticket to his or her heart.  For $1,500 one luck couple will get to enjoy the Peninsula Hotel’s Valentine’s Day dinner package. Let me reiterate one lucky couple can reserve the entire 22nd floor of the Fifth Avenue luxury hotel, and splurge on a five-course meal followed by their sole use of the pool.  The hotel says, “The entire pool area, located on the 22nd floor and featuring views of the sparkling city skyline, will be reserved for the use of the couple to enjoy a five-course meal paired with a bottle of vintage Champagne and followed by a dip in the pool.”

“The couple will be greeted with a rose petal and candlelit walkway as they enter the pool area and are led to their romantic table, set elegantly for two with plush linens and glistening stemware. A personal attendant will be on hand to see to the couple’s every need for the entire evening. Following dinner, the couple can slip into their swimsuits and enjoy a private swim in the pool, which is heated to a tempting 84 degrees F,” elaborated the spokesperson for the hotel.

The menu will showcase aphrodisiacal ingredients such as oysters, asparagus and chocolate. LAVO’s Valentine’s Day menu can be expertly paired with complementing bubbly.

This Valentine’s Day, the sexy and trendy STK locations in both the Meatpacking and Midtown will be sweetening up their menus with decadent desserts made with Godiva Chocolate.

In addition to their mouth-watering ala carte menus items, lovebirds will indulge in desserts made by their talented pastry chefs, made exclusively with Godiva such as strawberries dipped in Godiva chocolate.  And, for a special take-away, each guest will take love home with Godiva’s Gold Ballotin – a signature favorite which includes 4-pieces of exquisitely rich, velvety Belgian chocolate, with four fascinating flavors, Dark Chocolate Ganache Bliss, Milk Chocolate Praliné Heart, Dark Chocolate Caramel Embrace, and a White Chocolate Raspberry Star.

4 Asellina/Winston's Champaign Bar

The rustic and romantic Italian bistro from the duo behind STK will also be pumping some serious sweets into its menu option. Don't be mistaken--this is not your grandma's meatball joint; Asellina is stylish and sophisticated with a true warmth to it and, just to be clear, amazing meatballs all the same. It's how one would expect Park Avenue to do pasta. Nestled into the Gansevoort Park Avenue--Asellina is one of the latest spots to see and be seen by NYC's celebrity circles and discerning diners alike. Enjoy the same offerings on the dessert menu from Godiva as STK will be offering but here, guests are a stone throw's away from the recently unveiled 40's themed Winston's Champagne Bar (also housed within the Gansevoort Park) and the hotel's rooftop bar with  sweeping views of the city.
