Sixth Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament Announced

Sun Sports Heat TV broadcasters Eric Reid and Tony Fiorentino announced the dates for the Sixth Annual Reid and Fiorentino Call of the Game Dinner and Celebrity Golf Classic.  Starting on March 8, the two-day fund-raiser will benefit two notable charities in the Miami area: Lauren’s Kids Foundation and Dade Schools Athletic Foundation.

Kicking things off is the Celebrity Golf Classic presented by Sharp.  Celebrities, such as Woody Bennet, Glen Rice and Scottie Pippen- competing for prizes and bragging rights on the eminent Turnberry Isle Miami championship golf course- will captain more than 50 foursomes.

On Friday, March 9, The Call of the Game Dinner presented by Publix will honor some of today’s individuals who have impacted their community.  With MC Tony Segreto- the legendary sports anchor and broadcaster- hosting the event’s entertainment, attendants are guaranteed to have a good time

Along with the recognition of community difference makers, the event, which is at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, will have a live auction for prizes such as luxury vacation experiences, sports memorabilia, among other items.

A foursome for the Celebrity Gold Classic will cost a cool $3,000 while an individual golfer can purchase a ticket for $800.  A ten person gold table-it comes with your own celebrity- at the Call of the Game Dinner can be purchased for $5,000.  A silver table is half the price at $2,500.  Individual tickets are going at $250.  For the MVP Golf and Dinner Package, which includes one golf foursome, and one Silver dinner table will cost $5,00
