Nicola Siervo and Karim Masri are the Miami-based masterminds behind KNR Group, the company responsible for some of the hautest dining destinations, lounges and nightclubs in the city. Recently, the duo joined forces with Andrew Carmellini, Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom to bring The Dutch to the W Hotel on South Beach, where KNR manages all of the food and beverage. Siervo and Masri have been at the helm of Miami’s “mixology movement,” with the range of carefully curated cocktails offered at the W’s Living Room bar.
Some of these creative libations include the Chemista, a champagne cocktail infused with flower blossom syrup and topped with Japanese cucumber foam, as well as the Smokey Artichoke, made from Mezcal, sweet vermouth, Cynar amaro and tobacco bitters. The expert mixologists on staff at The Living Room can even create a personalized cocktail to suit your mood, just ask them.
To boot, The Living Room offers a decadent menu complete with Greek salad, truffle popcorn and dry-aged burgers.
