Watch the NY Jets vs. Giants in Style

Crosstown showdown. Subway series. Call it what you will, but no matter the name tomorrow New York goes to war with itself. The Jets vs. Giants game, or should I say showdown, is on and the question is not if we are watching, but rather where.

And of course, New York offers a high-end twist to the classic sports bar. Enter Bounce Sporting Clubs–conveniently offering two installments, uptown (1403 2nd Avenue) and downtown (55 West 21st Street). Bounce has previously hosted red carpet events catering to attendees such as Mario Lopez, Kris Humphries, Scott Disick, Jim Jones, and ESPN’s Steve Porter.

It’s a 4,000 square foot sports lounge with 30 flat-screens (no blind spots!), eight burgers and one 1950s-looking vintage scoreboard, sure to be packed for the pending civil war. According to the New York Post, “General Manager Billy Vargas is a Jets fan. But he’s fine with Big Blue fans, especially since the day QB Eli Manning stopped by the bar and dropped off a jersey”.

Other luxury sports bars to try? SNAP Sports Bar on 14th Street, The Ainsworth on 26th Street, and Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club which is at the very tail end of a $10 million renovation (reopening to the public on Jan. 19).
