Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev’s daughter, Ekatarina, just purchased Manhattan’s most expensive penthouse for $88 million. The penthouse is located at 15 Central Park West.

Located on the top floor of the 15 Central Park West building, Ekatarina’s new home features panoramic views of central park. Spanning 6,744 square feet, the penthouse includes 2,077 square feet of balcony space overlooking Manhattan, walk-in closets, a den, a drawing room, 10 bedrooms, a private gallery, a living room, a formal dining room and a bar.

Sandy Weill, former CEO of Citigroup, who reportedly purchased the home for $42.4 million, previously owned the luxurious penthouse. Reports are indicating that money received from the sale of this lavish apartment will go to charity.

Ekatarina’s father Dmitry is the 93rd richest person in the world, with an estimated net worth of around $9.5 billion. He currently owns a large fertilizer manufacturer in Russia called OAO Uralkali.
