The ever popular Sushi Samba is going into their second month of their ever popular Samba HOUR. This month will be an ode to Japan celebrating its food and culture. Every Sunday through Thursday from 4-7 pm at Sushi Samba will showcase their Japanese cuisine including drinks.

Scallop Usuzukuri – truffle oil, yuzu juice, sea salt
Wagyu Gyoza – kabocha purée, su-shoyo dipping sauce

Japan Roll – grilled salmon, salmon skin, shiso, cucumber, butter lettuce, tartar sauce

$6 Sultry Saki Chu-tini – shochu, sparkling sake, fresh lychee purée fresh mango purée

Sake Flights –Tomio, Tokubetsu Junmai – Masumi, Junmai Ginjo – Silk “Special,” Junmai
