Nightlife Changes in Los Angeles at Standard and Hollywood Roosevelt Hotels

If you enjoy hitting the town once the sun has set, keeping up to date with the latest changes going on in Los Angeles is crucial. Haute Living takes a look at two hotels that are revamping their lounges.

Previously located at Cinespace, Paul & Andre’s is reportedly about to open in the nonoperational Purple Lounge at The Standard on Sunset. People close to the situation say that it will be coming soon.

Rumors were swirling about Teddy’s lounge in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, a venue named after the late Ted Demme, a Hollywood director and producer. It was alleged that management at Teddy’s were considering a retool for a while and as of last Friday doors were officially closed. The lounge was said to reopen as an entirely new concept next month, however, Per Med Abrous from Teddy’s quickly responded to the reports by saying ‘We only are closing Friday and Saturday night for two weeks. Teddy’s will be open this and the following Monday. Thompson will still be operating the bar.”
