The Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation hosted their Caviar & Champagne Tasting Fundraiser on September 22nd, an 8,770-square-foot penthouse at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton.
More than 50 Hospice Foundation donors, volunteers, founders and board members came out for the entertaining and enlightening evening. Joann Economou of Petrossian Caviar and sommelier Joshua Liberman welcome guests with a presenation as they sipped a variety of bubbling champagnes pared with a sampling of savory caviars.
The night also included raffle sales, increasing the funds raised to help the Foundation, which is the primary philanthropic arm for Hospice of Palm Beach County.
“We were delighted that One Thousand Ocean was singled out for this event. Hospice is a wonderful organization that serves many people and their families in times when help is needed the most,” said Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels. An LXR affiliate developed One Thousand Ocean.
